Ambler Mountain Works is owned and operated by two generous and adventurous souls who are very dear to us. They didn’t hesitate to join us in our project and offer their expertise and donate amazing hats to our cause. Ambler is a family-owned company located in Nelson, British Columbia, who pull inspiration from their beautiful surroundings and eclectic, mountain community.

Ambler began in the fall of 1995 when Peter Ambler sewed a few styles of handmade fleece hats and sold them to his friends. Today, their intent remains the same – to make quality products for their friends to enjoy. They’ve perfected fit, function and design with their friends in mind…whether they’ve met them yet or not.

They are rooted in collaboration, adventure and a celebration of the unique. But they want to do more than just make great stuff. Their goal is to make a difference in the lives of the people they work with – from the makers to the wearers and everyone in between through the decisions they make as a company and a family.
